What, Why, and How?

What is a Xenopuck?

A training hockey puck that can be used on carpet, concrete, asphalt, wood, and more. Smooth dryland surfaces are the best places to practice your skills.

It is specifically meant for training and is not meant for use in a game.

What is the Difference?

The biggest difference is the weight and feel. Xenopucks weigh the same as an ice puck, but slide on concrete.

Why is the Xenopuck different from other Practice Hockey Pucks?

The Xenopuck was built for training. It gives the feel of an ice puck with the weight to match.

Plus, other dryland hockey pucks are lighter and wear down over time. We pride ourselves on the durability the Xenopuck provides.

They are not invincible, but you can shoot with them and not worry about breaking on every shot.

How did Xenopucks start?

As kids we were roller players moving into the ice hockey world. Problem was that roller pucks feel totally different than ice pucks.

So, Tony LaVigne invented the Xenopuck and ever since it changed the way we trained.

Since then the Xenopuck company mission has been to bring Xenopucks to the hockey community. Our Purpose is to help people become better players.

Where are they made?

Xenopucks are made in the United States.

Can the Xenopuck be used for games?

The Xenopuck is not meant for use in roller hockey games. Use extreme caution when shooting, it is very hard and comes off the post at high velocity. Never shoot on a goalie and when passing take great care.
